Research On The Development Process And Operation Performance Of China's Press And Publication Listed Companies

With the continuous improvement of living standards,the consumption of the broad masses of our people in the field of cultural industries is increasing day by day,especially in the news publishing industry.With the opening of China's capital market,China's press and publication companies have also started to list one after another.Listing is conducive to the capitalization of enterprises and is an excellent opportunity for news publishing companies that lack funds or are in a weak position.However,in the face of severe changes in the international and national situation,the plight of major news publishing enterprises themselves,and the acceleration of the development of the news publishing industry,the research on China's news publishing listed companies in the cultural industry is becoming increasingly important.This article takes China's A-share news publishing listed companies as the research object,analyzes its development process,observes its management performance,and studies its problem development.The first chapter gives the definition and classification of listed press and publication companies on the basis of previous literature research and comparative analysis of cases.Secondly,it sorts out the listing process of listed press and publication companies until December 31,2018.Finally,it makes statistics and summary on the current situation of listed press and publication companies.The second chapter studies the financial performance of the listed press and publication companies.Based on the scale of total assets from large to small as of December 31,2018,this paper collects and screens 20 listed news and publishing companies listed in A shares in China successively as research objects,focuses on the financial performance of these 20 listed news and publishing companies,and selects corresponding indicators for profitability,operation ability,debt paying ability and growth ability analysis.Secondly,the analysis of investment behavior continues the previous part,continuing to study the 20 A-share news and publishing listed companies in China as of December 31,2018,mainly analyzing and discussing the current situation of investment,shareholders' main body,performance and characteristics.The third chapter summarizes some problems of various news publishing listed companies,and prospects the future of our country's news publishing industry to a certain extent.In the future,the news publishing listed companies will make greater use of resources of all parties,especially the Internet.The main direction of development is convergence media.At the end of the article,this part contains corresponding analysis suggestions and trend prediction,so as to achieve certain reference value and significance for the main body and the public.
