Nowadays, the demand for online medical consultation service has increased these days with the advancement of internet technology and everyday millions of healthcare consumers go online looking for online information about doctors. There are also several websites do online medical consultation provider that helps consumers or patients are search, find, and connect with doctors around the world, but when using search function of online medical consultation, the results may have received erroneous information about doctor because there have not been any tools or systems with guaranteed up to date information.As the problem mentioned above, this thesis focus to improve effectiveness and efficiency for discover and real-time get up to date information about doctor by using FOAF and vCard ontology to design information about doctor ontology and applying the Linked Open Data technique to linking information about doctor from various healthcares’s website by using SPARQL to query information and send the results to RDF/JSON to do data format and then representing information about doctor to patients. This thesis is including two sites are search engine that returns information about doctor from healthcares as results and another sites is healthcare that provided information about doctor on web pages. Therefore in this experiment using Drupal is main software tool to enabling the RDF Extensions module of Drupal and providing some meaningful mapping. For that, made use of import external RDF vocaburary in Drupal to importing FOAF and vCard ontology. In evaluation part, the thesis setting up experimental test bed configurations to do system features tests. The evaluation results consumers or patient retrieved up to date doctor information and comparison search features and technologies between our system and existing systems.
