The Book Tag Identification System Based On Rfid Technology

With the increasing number of library, a new type of automatic identification technology will be used. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is a senior form of automatic Identification technology, it uses RF signal through the space coupling to achieve the transfer of information, and through the message to achieve the purpose of recognition.This paper introduces the current situation of library management industry and analyzes the demand and proposes using RFID in library.RFID technology’s concept, composition, working principles and the typical application are summarized. According to the characteristics of handheld device and the actual demand, hardware platform, development environment, RF transceiver module, electronic tag and antennas are selected. The hardware based on the RMU900+reading and writing chips achieves the design of the power circuit, reset circuit, serial interface circuit, USB interface circuit, buzzer circuit and RF reading and writing interface circuit. The software design is accomplished in Visual C++2008integrated development environment. Finally, this current research work of the project is summarized; the next research work is put forward and prospected.
