Enterprise training, is to provide new ideas for enterprise, and is a fundamental and excellent way to improve staff competence, knowledge, information, skills and dedication, spirit of innovation, which can effectively enhance the competitiveness of the industry. With the increasing demand for training, if all training is still using the traditional centralized face-to-face training, the results will allow corporate training center is very busy, training efficiency is not significant, and costly, not only to spend a lot of financial and material resources, the trained personnel also limited by the scale of training inputs, and training standards and rules for the implementation timeliness are still lagging behind. How to run modernization technical implement training, improve the audience, timeliness and quality, dramatically improve training efficiency and effect, is the important issue of enterprise training needs to be solved.Paper focus on "provide a management decision-making platform for enterprise managers, a training business process management platform for the training of those responsible, a network online learning management platform for staff, a teaching management platform for teachers, a resource sharing platform for all users of the enterprise" as a design goal, around behavior and various types of resource management process involved in the remote training process, study the remote training system of the enterprise. First the demand characteristics of various types of training users, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method constructed training needs assessment system, and based on this, design a development process of training program; For test and exam needs, we discussed the methods of intelligent composing test paper of exam on web and the design of exam library; and finally applied the methods of intelligent test paper composition and manual adjustment. For the training resource sharing needs, we study the way of resource push service, and proposed the use of RSS technology to realize resource sharing of all users. Finally use J2EE technology and SSH framework to design and achieve of enterprise remote training system for user-oriented needs.The realization of enterprise remote training system for user-oriented needs with the above research results covers the main function of the training programs to develop management, training and teaching process management, staff online learning and dynamic track record, training resource management and results analysis, training resource sharing, its full-featured, open and strong, greatly improves the efficiency and quality of corporate training, reduces training cost, and has been successfully adopted by businesses.
