Such system,from its management to emergency command, is not tight enough, someof which just provide a simple decision-making recommendations,instead of obvious role in the emergency command process.In view of this, the system provides a set of food managementservices to combine the food management, risk-warning and emergencyresponse together, as well as to solve these problems in the process of food production, processing, transportation and warehousing management.The system contains the contents of food information collection,monitoring of the food market, food risk-warning, food systematicsecurity assessment, preparation and management of the emergencywarning, start-up and implementation of contingency plans, and SMSwarning based on CMPP.The system contains the following features:(1)The system will successfully introduce data model which iswidely used in the field of economy and society to food management andwarning. Previous warning solution is dependent on evaluation on thesystem itself from external factors. This system not only focuses on theevaluation on the system from external factors, but also on the interactionand effect among the internal factors on the system risk conditions.(2) In the development process, the system seeks to overcomeproblems of relative detachment between previous systems managementand early warning or early warning and emergency.
