In the support of Ministry of national science and technique project "Advanced control and health monitoring technique and equipment research of ceramic kiln(2009GJD10042)", Using experimental platform of Rich-or Pure-oxygen ceramic roller kiln which is already existing, according to the ceramic process requirement, contrary to the strong coupling between the multi-point temperature of Rich-or Pure-oxygen ceramic roller kiln, and the features of large inertia, pure time-delay, nonlinear of the temperature of the ceramic kiln. This dissertation take the temperature inside the kiln as the research object, the practical and simple decoupled control. method which applies to Rich-or Pure-oxygen ceramic roller kiln is researched, and the controller design of rich-or pure-oxygen ceramic roller kiln based on DSP is completed.What have done and achievements obtained are as follows:Firstly, according to the ceramic process requirement, contrary to the temperature of Rich-or Pure-oxygen ceramic roller kiln, key performance indicators of experimental platform have been identified. The overall design of Rich-or Pure-oxygen ceramic roller kiln controller based on DSP have been finished;Secondly, the design of hardware’circuit has been finished of Rich-or Pure-oxygen ceramic roller kiln controller, includes analog-digital conversion expansion circuit, digital-analog.conversion circuit, voltage and current conversion circuit, Serial communication circuit and so on, DSP is used for collecting field singals, the data is transmitted to upper computer by serial port and displayed on upper computer, after the DSP receiving commands from upper computer, it controls field equipment;Thirdly, the practical and simple decoupled control method which applies to Rich-or Pure-oxygen ceramic roller kiln has been researched. Multivariable decoupling control technology and mprovement of the traditional PID algorithm are used in this paper. The decoupling control method can reduce regulating time and overshoot, improve temperature control accuracy;Finally, The software design of Rich-or Pure-oxygen ceramic roller kiln DSP controller has been finished, includes Data acquisition module, analog-digital conversion, digital-analog conversion, control algorithm, the implementation method between upper computer and DSP by the communication protocol of MODBUS, upper computer design and experiment results;Experimental evidence, take temperature as the research object, the controller of oxygen-enriched ceramic kiln has high control precision and reliability. It’s control mode is flexible. It has high performance price ratio and can achieve the control requirements.
