At present, system combining GPS satellite positioning navigation system withcommon wireless interphone is widely applied in fire prevention system, flood control,vehicle scheduling, emergency and so on; GPS instant location message is transmittedto centre by using short message of GPS public network or GPRS technology via thistechnology, which makes control centre remotely monitor regimented vehicles andstaff for uniform organization, unified commanding, unitary action, displays rescueplaces quickly and accurately and provides accurate information to rescue commanderfor rescue plan making; confidentiality and stability of public GSM/GPRStransmitting GPS data cannot be guaranteed and large delay or data loss is produced,so GPS data communication through public GSM/GPRS can not meet requirements ofspecial management and dispatching with high real-time property; in order to meetrequirements of special management and dispatching with high real-time property, itis necessary to bring transmission of GPS data to police private network..This paper which firstly researches the system combining GPS satellitepositioning navigation system with common wireless interphone, current situation ofits application and existed problems claims solution introducing transmission of GPSinstant location information to police private network, implements software andhardware platforms of solution and proves operational feasibility of the solution; maincontent and creative points of the paper are as follows:(1) The paper researches and analyzes GPS technology location principle,GSM/GPRS system structure and work principle thereof, principle of FFSKscheduling technology and principle of two implementing methods.(2) The paper considering real requirement of police vehicle station hand microphone monitor terminal based on principles of GPS, GSM/GPRS andFFSK scheduling selects hardware of each function module to implementchip and processor MCU chip, designs and implements hardware platform ofthe system under Protel99software.(3) Software platform of the system is designed and implemented under AVRStusio software according to chip data of each module used by hardwareplatform.(4) feasibility of the solution is proved and reliability and stability are increasedvia integral tests.
