The Design And Practice Of Mobile Communication Integrated Network Resource Management System

Centralized management of network resources is the basis of modern communication corporations. Through an overall survey and management of network resources, network businesses can know better about their resources, classify different services conducted in their basic networks, realize a life-long periodic management of network elements and provide terminal-to-terminal services at a fast speed, thus improving companies’ management level and competitiveness at the market. Before2010,18of China Mobile’s31provincial branches had achieved or were undergoing the construction and operation of their network resources management systems. But owing to a the lack of uniform arrangement and management, the function focuses of the resources management systems of different branches vary, so do the ranges of the management, resulting in the invalidity of the cross-provincial scheduling of the overall network resources on the group level. Since2010, China Mobile has started the specialized work on the regulation of network resources management, which includes the uniform network resources templates and the formulation of their naming regulation, the construction of the integrated network resources management system, and the regulation and updating of the provincial resources management systems constructed previously.The writer of this paper is in charge of the regulation of the network resources management of China Mobile Chongqing Company, who, other than assisting in group’s survey and recording of network resources and the construction of the integrated resources management system, has also organized the analysis work of local resources management demands and created the network resources management models of China Mobile Chongqing Company.Referring to the general target of China Mobile’s construction of the integrated network resources management system, the paper introduced China Mobile’s construction target, identification, the analysis of key problems and etc. The paper also presents the construction procedures of the resources data templates and reference strategies, followed by the introduction of the design of the system’s functions and the realization of interface. Then based on the features of the future development of the services provided by China Mobile Chongqing Company, the paper describes the whole process of the prospecting and opening of the special lines of group clients. In the end, it makes a conclusion of the operation effects and practical engineering experience of the integrated network resources management plan of mobile communication carried out at China Mobile Chongqing Company.
