Design Of MR Integrated System Model In The Planning And Optimization Of GSM

With the rapid development of China’s mobile communications traffic, constantly expansion of the scale of the GSM network, increasing of the number of users, the users have higher requirements for the network performance and communication quality while increasing the difficulty for the operator’s maintenance and optimization. In the view of present mainstream traditional optimization method, it is hardly to meet the requirements in optimization field’s scale and depth and optimization methods and techniques. It is almost blank especially in facing users’ perception and GSM system network optimization.This is a research subject which is based on the wireless measurement report (MR) produced in the GSM measurement mechanism to carry out the design of wireless network optimization. Wireless MR contains real-time test data which are generated by the user MS in exclusive mode by MS and BTS. It is mainly used by BSC to decide the switching behavior of the MS and power control of BTS. Here we need to collect and analysis MR into the wireless network optimization. From the MR data collection, reflection of the current user level, quality, Inter-cell level and the interference characteristics, it’s very suitable for carrying out the optimization of user perception and network structure. It has a good application prospect, especially in the optimization of the internal network interference, network coverage, network communication quality and network structure.In the design of the GSM wireless network optimization in the MR perspective, it will need to build a set of mechanisms to create a network modeling based on MR, including the modeling of the Inter-cell interference relationship matrix IM and MR analysis distribution data. This is the core of the design and research of this paper. On the basis of modeling, it also needs to design a set of model-based optimization algorithm and application methods. Through the application methods, the model will be used for optimization application and show advantage in optimization field.
