With the continuous development of Harbin Bank, the normalizations of enterprise culture, establishment of personnel training, introduction of new business and selection of backbone, are gradually revealing that the training falls behind the enterprise development. The training management system which is established by the past is not suitable for the needs of new business development. Thus, Harbin Bank organized and developed staff training management system based on workflow, which not only can standardize and optimize current business process, but also can add new business function, and can satisfy the needs of training management for Harbin Bank.This paper designed a simple workflow based on relational database. According to the business needs of the training management system, first of all, from simpleã€low-cost principles to design, pursuit of complete functions to simplify the work flow at best, and realized the main function and key project which we required. According to the principle of simple and practical, this paper firstly extracted the objects of corresponding workflow model from the existing business needs of Harbin bank, and then established the logical relationship of each object, designed the database according to the system structure and divided models, and at last, realized the overall design of the workflow engine. On the basis of workflow engine, we accomplish the development training management system and configure the system’s operation work flow according to the actual business requirements. The workflow is comprised of operational actions and characters. This system doesn’t need to change the existing procedures when the user role or the executive department of business process changes. It only needs to change the corresponding process model of "workflow management", and then the workflow engine carries out and realizes the training management system of the adjustment of related functions.This system adopted the technique of data mining. According to the training requirements and training results, this system analyzed the data stored in database, and also analyzed the training rationality and training effect which can provide more reasonable arrangement and design plan for the future.This system mainly uses Java EE technology which meets the basic needs of the business of training management system. By using the simple workflow form, this system can improve the operation of the system efficiency and guarantee the stability and reliability of the management system. |
