| With the rapid development of mobile communications, the mobile networks with higher rates, wider coverage, better quality has become the trend for the future. In order to solve the data rate and spectrum efficiency issues for providing better quality of services, most of mobile network operators have a stronger demand for interoperability. Thus, the maintenance and the monitoring work for the mobile networks become much more important in near future. Signaling monitoring system is one of the most important supporting systems for the operation and maintenance of mobile communication networks. It can deal with the issues effectively, such as service testing, customer complaints, and the fault of networks; moreover, signaling monitoring system network is an efficient soluations for the quality analysis of networks and services. Besides, signaling monitoring system is composed of four different layers with a hierarchical structure, namely mobie networks, acquisition layer, sharing layer and application layer. In the actual projects, the issues of sharing layer are the most important issues because of the effect and the important role of shareing layer. Two prominent issues are:1. how to design an effective network connection and device configu-ration solutions to ensure the normal operation and reduce operator costs effectively;2. how to design an effective Main/Standby switch solutions to satisfy the high availability requirements from operators.Based on an actual signaling monitoring system design engineering project, this thesis proposes a general and feasible networking solutions for sharing layer by utilizing the standarded modules and interferences; According to the different service requirements of different regions, four models are derived, namely Model1(1000M), Model2(2000M), Model3(3000M) and Model4(7000M), and a design scheme of signaling monitoring system is proposed based on the general and feasible networking solutions of sharing layer; Furthermore, based on the different requirements of monitoring rate, this thesis proposes the equipment deployment solutions for Model1/2/3/4to satisfy the operation and equipment (?)oyment demands in actual projects; A novel Main/Standby (?)ch solution with trucking communications is proposed based on the different interfaces for IF1and IF2, which can achieve the multiple objects of effective switching and load balances. Based on the adaptive trucking Main/Standby switch solutions, a signaling monitoring system is developed and realized. This thesis analyzes the features and important performance parameters, and the results indicate that the signaling monitoring system based on the solutions from this thesis is available and feasible, which can achieve the designing target of actual project. |
