Owning to the development and operation of Internet software depends on the network environment inevitably, it is need to be aware of the changes of the network environment interacted with the software in time. It can adjust the software configuration timely while it is failure to full fill the users’ requirements, so as to realize the adaptability and dynamic evolution of Internet software. The network parameters is changeful and uncertain in the open and dynamic Internet, and the users’QoS requirements also show the characteristics of fuzziness, so the software dynamic configuration technology driven by network context based on cloud model is studied. It deals with the uncertainty of context modeling and the "jitter" of software dynamic configuration from multi-parameters level and group level.First of all, the modeling and evaluation method ANCC (Assessment algorithm for Network Context based on Cloud model) is given. ANCC synthesizes network delay, flow, bandwidth and end-to-end distance and other network parameters, and discusses from multi-parameters level and group level, which can avoid the configuration "jitter" due to the resources sharing. A network evaluation function to calculate the distance between the context and the ideal goal is also designed in ANCC, so as to map the network context into the real network status effectively.Secondly, a dynamic configuration framework of Internet software driven by ANCC is put forward, taking the application scenarios of Internet video services as the case study. By synthesizing the network context, the system’s response time, user QoS requirements (mainly video delay) as the input and evaluation standard, building a response time knowledge table and a video delay knowledge table using the fuzzy control theory, the adaptability dynamic configuration of the software system is realized from the group level.Finally, lots of simulation experiments of the ANCC algorithm and the dynamic configuration mechanism are given. The experimental results show that the uncertainty of network parameters and users’QoS requirements can be dealed with effectively, the configuration "jitter" is avoided while research on the group level, the system performance and users’ QoS requirements are meted by fuzzy control, and the dynamic re-configuration of software system is realized finally.
