In the process of the students’ growth, family education is fundamental and school education is critical. The education for students depends not only on schools, but also on the effort of school and family. So many home school cooperation method appeared, such as parents, school Open Day, the school’s visit, etc. However, Traditional family-school cooperation has some drawbacks, such as "it is hard for teachers to fully understand the development status of each student","because of the limit of time and space, parents and teachers may not timely communicate with each other about problems in students’ growth"," parents do not have enough time to educate their children", etc. Since the traditional way cannot meet the needs of parents and schools, and today’s advanced network and communication technology provides new conditions, new tools and new methods to improve the family-school cooperation, many family-school information interconnection systems have come into being at home and abroad. Family-school Communication is the typical representative of them. In recent years’application, however, the system encountered some new problems. For instance, high technical threshold, unvaried information source, scattered information sending, high communication cost, etc. Besides, the verbal information cannot thoroughly reflect the children’s performance. The parents’cognition toward their children’s classroom behavior is of tremendous uncertainty.The study is one of the productions of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan of National Educational Science, Annual Research Task of Education Ministry2010-Study on Theory and Practice about the Synergic Education under Internet Background. During the research period, the author studied the theories of domestic and international experts about family-school cooperation, surveyed and analyzed the family-school information interconnection. Deeply analyzed the problem in demestic family-school informaition system, Based on this, through literature investigation, the author combed domestic scholars’s research achievement with key words, family-school corperation, family-school interaction, the parents’s participation, then summarized. Through the comparison of today’s six typical family-school information interconnection systems and software engineering method, the author elaborated the system requirements analysis, system design scheme,part of the details of the system from the angle of each functional module. As a result of designing and developing family-school E-classroom system to meet the needs of students’development. The system has achieved the functions that the scheme requires. After the trail operation and repeated modification and improvement, the system was put on probation in Jinhua Beiyuan Primary School. It has been proved to be of application effect.This paper is consisted of six parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the research background, the research status and application status, the purpose and significance of the research, the research contents and ideas, the research methods, the key points and the difficulties of the research; The second part is the related concepts and theoretical foundation; The third part, which provides the scientific basis for the system design, is the analysis of the system requirements, mainly includes the feasibility analysis, system requirements analysis and performance requirements analysis; The fourth part is the design of family-school E-classroom system, which completed system modeling and database design mainly according to user requirements; The fifth part is the realization of the function module and system test, mainly includes the introduction of system development tools, structure, development methods and key technologies, and several major function modules in the system and a brief analysis of the system test results; The sixth part is the application of the system; The seventh part is summarization and prospect, mainly consists of the summary of the research results and the prospect of the further study.Conclusions are as follows:· Parents and teachers have a strong demand on interconnection system;· The author had designed and developed the family-school E-classroom system of the synergic education, which includes the multiple source information polymerization and classroom online recording;· Family-school E-classroom system has solved the problems of high technical threshold, unvaried information source, scattered information sending, and high communication cost. Parents can also observe their children’s classroom behavior and carry out effective family education. This system contributes a lot to parents’deeper cognition of school, a closer relation between family and school and the healthy students’ growth.
