In recent years, with the implementation of regulatory measure such as "Drug Permit Management Regulations","food service license management","food service food safety supervision and management","Yunnan<Pharmaceutical Trade License> Management Regulations" and "the Eleventh Five-Year Plan of State Food and Drug Safety", the food and drug regulatory informationization in levels of national, provincial and municipal have made significant progress. But in the county level, the informationization process is still lagging behind. It mainly exists the following three questions:Firstly, it still uses manual management method; Secondly, it cannot requirements in a timely manner satisfied; Thirdly, there are on unified standard.This paper taked Xiangyun county Food and Drug Administration as the background, designed and developed administrative counterpart information management system. It Completed the following three main areas of work:Firstly, it taked a detailed investigation and analysis of the specific circumstances of the administrative counterpart of the Food and Drug Administration, included five industrie:pharmaceutical industry, catering industry, the medical device industry, health food, and cosmetics.Secondly, with object-oriented analysis and design methods, UML tools, established the logical and physical models of the administrative counterpart information management system, included use case diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and the detail of database design.Thirdly, using MicroSoft Visual Studio2005and MicroSoft SQL Server database management system, implemented the administrative counterpart information management system, which transfomed the system models into a specific network application platform.
