In recent years, with the rapid development of the information industry, thecommunication network scale has expanded by leaps and bounds, so has the users.In order to provide the users with high-quality communication network service,each communication operators has built many communications equipment rooms.The base communication stations, which are responsible for daily maintenance ofall kinds of communications equipment rooms, have also taken some correspondingmeasures and methods. As a service platform for supervision of the operation andmaintenance of all kinds of communications equipment rooms, informatizationinspection system can not only provide support for the normal operation andmaintenance of all the equipment, but also effectively improve the inspectionefficiency of the communication stations and standardize the inspection behavior ofthe inspectors. Therefore, the research and development of the informatizationinspection system has certain theoretical guidance and practical applicationsignificance to improve the management style and efficiency of the inspection of thecommunication stations.According to the actual inspection application needs of the communicationstations, this paper completes the inspection system function design and softwarearchitecture design. In view of the current situation and methods of thecommunication rooms’ inspection and the characteristics of the inspection work,the paper puts forward a solution which integrates the technologies of mobilemessaging system, fingerprint-gathering, intelligent terminal and computernetwork communication technology. It realizes the real-time data acquisition andmanagement of the inspection information, operation and maintenance statisticsreport information and moving ring testing information. And on this basis, aimingat the function module reuse problems, this paper puts forward the enterprise-levelapplication framework based on the three layer structure of B/S model, whichmakes the system have a clear over-all structure, a strong logic reusability, soundmaintainability and simple deployment. With the problems if the inspectionpersonnel are in place to check and if the maintenance data is real and accurate, thefinger-print identification technology and the butt access contrast methods of themoving ring system are used to effectively prevent the dereliction of duty andforgery phenomenon, which is helpful for the supervision and standardization ofthe inspection behavior of the inspectors. For the unpunctuality and residual errorsin the process of inspection, SMS notice and binding inspection informationlogging program are used to effectively improve the working efficiency and quality of the inspection and monitor all the inspection indexes.This system has entered into the field testing phase and has been highly praisedby all the end-user units and operators. It is all agreed that the system has thecharacteristics of simple use, friendly interface, lost cost, simple deployment andhigh reliability. This system greatly enhances the accuracy and timeliness of faultfound, regulates the inspection behavior of the inspectors, ensures the normalinspection work, effectively increases the efficiency and quality of the inspection,realizes the scientific, standard and informatized management of the inspectionwork and provides a strong support for the stable operation of the wholecommunication network.
