Harmonics has caused serious pollutions and threats to the high voltage distributionnetwork in safe and economics since the high-power nonlinear load devices vast used in thepower system, so the harmonics must be suppressed. In6kV,10kV,35kV high-voltage powerdistribution systems, considered of the ease in maintenance and reducing the investment, weoften took the methods of centralized management to control the high voltage distributionnetwork harmonics and reactive dynamicly. So in order to solve the centralized managementin high voltage distribution network,this paper uses a High-power injection hybrid powerfilter (HIHPF) which is composed from three parts: Active power filter (IAPF),staticvar compensator (SVC) and the passive power filter (PF),and researched the topology, thebasic principles of the device,the harmonic detection algorithms, control strategies and HIHPFparameter optimization design,etc.formed a relatively complete new method in dynamicconsolidated management of the high voltage distribution network harmonics and reactivepower,the main emphasis and achievement of the paper are below:1. Four applicable topology of high-power injection hybrid power filters in high voltagedistribution network were analyzed: high-power single resonant injection hybrid powerfilter(S-HIHPF), high-power double-resonance injection hybrid power filter(D-HIHPF),high-power multi-channel injection hybrid power filter(M-HIHPF) and improved high-powerinjection hybrid power filter(I-HIHPF). Besides the thesis analyzes their advantages anddisadvantages, and where applicable, given a uniform electric model and four basic controlstrategies.2. Applied a current detection control method based on the harmonic instantaneous powertheory and a current tracking control method on recursive integral and fuzzy self-tuning PIparameters, realized the non-difference control in system; moreover, adopted hysteresiscontrol energy discharging ways to stablize the voltage of the DC-side capacitor of HIHPF,they avoided the DC-side capacitor generate high voltage when HIHPF used in high voltagedistribution network.3. Compiled high-power injection hybrid filter anysis software, which in one hand cancalculate the harmonics content, reactive compensate rate and system impedance in voltageand current, in the other hand, this software let design and optimize HIHPF parameters moreconvenient. See from the simulation, HIHPF with the equitable parameters could dynamiclymanage the harmonics, make the capacitance and inductance reactive compensate series undercontrol, the department of the passive filer could also restrain harmonic current from thyristorcontrolled reactor, to arrive at a excellent resolvent in current or voltage wave aberration and energy conservation technique subject in high voltage distribution network.
