General Audit Operation System Based On Workflow

In the production of the manufacturing sector in recent years, workflow technology as a key technology for process-oriented applications mature and widely applied to information systems.The company ERP system audit functions as the research object, using workflow technology and combined with the actual case analysis, this paper on the audit system architecture, business process and algorithm were discussed. Refer to the WFMC workflow management system model based on workflow technology, to develop the general audit system, the audit by the audit new operating system process management, audit, audit center platform types registered a total of three parts, the three work together to achieve the enterprise audit task. Audit center platform bringing together every user login all pending tasks, is user approval operating the client tools.The new auditing system design is reasonable and has the advantages of simple operation, high safety, fast data processing speed, strong practicability. With multi-level audit and audit process based on custom function, task registration method simplifies the programmer development tasks, to achieve the user in the same interface focused examination needs to use the results show that, the system to meet the enterprise information system daily examination business needs, achieve the expected design objective.
