Research And Application Of Bank Inside Audit System On SOA-Based Workflow Engine

In 2009, with the international financial crisis spread further, China's economic development is faced with severe and complex tests, the new situation and tasks, The maintenance of the bank's reputation and image and social credibility of commercial banks are required to a new and higher level. Establishing a scientific and efficient internal audit system to promote the correct function and the healthy development of commercial banks is the fundamental task of internal audit of commercial banks. As the business processes of bank becoming more and more automated, systems becoming more and more complicated ,the internal audit trends to become much more complex. Therefore, there's a need for a bank internal audit system in accordance with computerized banking to change this situation.In this paper, for the shortcomings of the traditional internal audit approach of domestic banks, combined with the development of Internet, set up a business based off-site audit, on-site audit of the business supplement of the new bank internal audit system (BIAS) . The performances is that the participants take action in the document, information or tasks in accordance with the order, and force it passed between the participants. Bank internal audit system (BIAS) , through the workflow, each business of bank internal audit is defined as an independent participant, between participants ,the communication is through the common interface. As a result of the constraints of traditional workflow, simple use of workflow engine will make the degree of coupling between systems too much close, not facilitate for exchanging information ,will lead to "information island" phenomenon. During the project development, these characteristics of SOA provide a more flexible technical support to the design and development of workflow engine, precisely because of this flexibility, different bank internal audit business can use different technology development and systems of business integration.In this paper, a application of workflow engine based on SOA in bank internal audit system is introduced, it's an effective solution to the problem of system construction in bank internal audit system brought by the complexity, at the same time, can play the dual advantage of SOA ,that are architecture and workflow technology, it meets not only the need of function of internal audit information as well as the demand of internal process, but also have the advantages like the full use of existing resources, a unified interface specification, software reuse, easy to maintenance and expansion, as well as the speed improvement of software development.
