In recent years, with the development of the modernization and informatizationconstruction of China’s electric power system, power system communicationmanagement requirements more and more intelligent. This paper is to start from thepower communication management information construction background,characteristics of the construction of power communication management system andproblems of the construction status for domestic and international powercommunication management and the problems, thus giving rise to this topic study.System uses the H3C WA21110-AG as the Fit, the AP of the wireless access point,and with the network through the wireless controller H3C WX5002-128, a detailedanalysis of communications technology involved in electric power communicationnetwork management system, database technology, programming techniques,for systemdesign and development has laid a good technical foundation. Through in-depth analysisand exploration, electric power communication network management solution based onB/S structure, thus giving rise to the Design and Implementation of the electric powercommunications network management information system.The paper first analyzes the electric power communications network managementinformation system functional requirements, performance requirements and safetyrequirements focus on discourse, power communication network management systemarchitecture, and non-functional requirements, and rights management requirements arediscussed. Combination of the system involved in programming techniques anddatabase technology, detailed design of the overall system architecture. And limitedpower communication NMS network and wireless network design for the electric powercommunications network to build a reasonable network solutions. On this basis,focusing on the detailed design of the system management structure, the application offunctional structure, database, human-computer interaction management and security.Finally, through the deployment of power communication NMS network, network IPconfiguration, and user management, server management, exchange module to manage and run analysis, which build a fully functional electric power communication networkmanagement information systems.
