In recent years, with the rapid development of the electric power system, the scale ofthe electric power communication transmission network carrying critical power systemsbusiness continued to expand, the complexity of the network topology is also increasing,made more stringent requirements on the circuit information management, but also amajor problem faced by management department. In electric power communicationtransmission network, communication equipment and network management systemsprovided by different manufacturers. Different network management system conflicts,and with poor interoperability, forming a number of "management information isolatedisland." Transmission network circuit information reported by different network focusedon a unified management platform of the electric power communication transmissionnetwork circuit intelligent information management system, then perform comprehensiveanalysis and processing, and this is an effective solution to the problem.This paper introduces the circuit information management, development status athome and abroad, expounds the connection between architecture management systemwithin the module. The paper investigates and analyzes the function and performancerequirements of circuit information management system in electric communicationtransmission network, completes the overall design of the system. Based on the collationand analysis of circuit data collected on the spot data, establishes a managementinformation model, and completes the database design. According to the design scheme,in the J2EE platform, develops the electric power communication transmission networkcircuit intelligent information management system based on the B/S architecture. Thesystem improves the efficiency of network operation and maintenance, and reduces thecircuit opening time, which provides technical support for further developing otherfunctions of transmission network circuit information management system.
