The Setting Card management system is based on B/S structure, using thesophisticated information technology and the existing conditions of computer networksand combining with the actual work of setting card operation management, a detaileddatabase design and LINQ to SQL-based database access technology to achieve theO/RM object-relational mapping are put forward, using Lambda expressions to achievedata on the database query, update, add, delete and other operations. Using AJAX,SiteMapPath and self-coding output technologies to implement the system. To achieve avariety of important management information in setting card managementoperation(setting card planning, reporting, Calibrate, audit, Dispatch, Affirm,ControlExecute, Execute, ControlAffirm etc.) to complete the specification, query,statistics and business process standards transfer, audit, approval, printing functions,which realizes the setting value information of field device operation timely, accurately,completely and can be easy to improve the information technology, automation level and work efficiency, thus further ensuring the personal, equipment, grid safety.In this paper, the development trends of current power system information managementsystem are briefly described, focusing on the overall design of the system, technical lineand implementation.
