| Nowadays, electronic eye video supervision information system, which works asthe main technical means in Off-site Enforcement system, has an extensive application.The system has the ability of automatic detection and Snap-shot for illegal drivingbehavior, such as breaking the traffic signal, illegally change lanes, overspeed, illegallydrive into special lanes(e.g. bus lines) and so on, then it records and transfers theinformation of the illegal vehicles to command center for legal management, includingpictures, brands, time, site and so on, which will strengthen the civilizationconsciousness of the traffic participants, optimize road capacity, and supply safe andsmooth road traffic environment.Electronic eye video supervision information system is an integrated electronicpolice system which has a property of multitask, DSP, modularization, full-time andreal-time, and multifunctional integration. This system is capable of full-time andreal-time supervision of all lanes, such as speed detection, date card recognition, trafficflow collection and analysis. In addition, it has the functions of bayonet, speed detectionand traffic flow collection. As the product utilizes the technologies of vehicle featurevideo identification and dynamic target tracking, it can correctly distinguish the drivingtrack of the vehicles at the traffic crossing, and accurately judge the behavior ofbreaking the traffic signal. With the video image processing technology is more andmore reliable and stable, the system is change more powerful, and will play animportant role in urban traffic management, traffic organization planning and fightingagainst crime.The paper put forward the design plan of the zhongshan electronic eye videosupervision information system to solve the practical issues in traffic system. Firstly, weintroduced the theroy and key technology of the electronic eye video supervisioninformation system, compared and analyzed two current popular detection modes: loopdetection and video detection, and present the process of detection line setting andcalculation. Secondly, we designed the electronic eye video supervision informationsystem based on the design principles, system components and systematic function. In this part, we mainly introduced the implementation procedure and effects of theSnap-shot and the major related devices. Finally, we concluded all of the finished work,summarized some practical experience in developing this system, and pointed out thathigh-definition electronic eye video supervision information system would be thedevelopment direction of electronic eye video in the future. And the current electroniceye video supervision information system is also a good technology foundation for thedevelopment of high-definition electronic eye video supervision information system. |
