The gradual popularization of the computer application technology, as well as theconstant improvement of the global information and network speed both provides basicconditions for the implement of the educational administration systems. The educationaladministration system is an interdisciplinary subject of information theory, managementscience and computer science, which combines the Modern Management Methods,computer network and database technology to effectively manage the educational work.The development and implement of educational administration system is regarded as thebasis of College education information management modernization and is playing asignificant role in constructing the electronic academic affairs and digital campus.The project analyses the development and implement of the educationaladministration system domestic and overseas.
