With the booming development of China’s economy, the increasing trafficdemand and the limited road resources have become increasingly prominent. Moreover,in real life, the fraud phemomenon of vehicle license and vehicle identity is incresing.This causes serious damage to the owners’ interests, the vehicle management and thesocial order.Comprehensive using of2.45GHz active RFID technology, informationprocessing technology, GPRS wireless communication technology, GPS technology,mobile computing and network technology, this paper researched the application modelof RFID taxi security management application, developed the2.45GHz active tags andinformation terminals with the functions of recognition, orientation navigation andmobile communication. Meanwhile, it designed the upper soft of the system, achievedthe management application.First, this paper briefly describe the development of RFID technology, includeRFID histoty,current situation and development trend to get a rough lmpression of theorigin and future of RFID.Second, this paper describes the overall structure and main function of the mobilesupervise system. Briefly introducing the RFID,GPRS,GPS and GIS technologyinvolved in the system and the goal,the overall structure and the application model ofthe system,meanwhile analyzing the functionality of the RFID module,GPRS moduleand GPS modula,determining the2.45GHz as the system frequency channel.Third, according to the needs of the system, determining the circuit designscheme of the mobile terminal and the label, selecting the main chip and module types.Fourth, according to the overall system design scheme, detailedly introducing thehardware circuit design of the reader, the labels, the GPRS and GPS. Meanwhile,detailedly describing the terminal embedded software design and the system hostsoftware schieve.The last, overview the system test plan and the test results.summaty this articlethe content of the work, at the same time look ahead to the next step of improvement. The topics of this paper comes from the practical application,the product has acertain nature, and have carried out the demonstration application in the coastal areas. Itcan greatly reduce the workload of the inspectors,reduce the error probability andimprove work efficiency.
