RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system is an automatic identification technology that has been developed since 1980s, it has been developed quickly in recent years. RFID system can be used to identify and follow almost all physical objects, so it can set up an extensive intelligence network which can contain and connect all the objects in the world. The effect of the development of RFID system will change our life, and bring a new technology revolution for the whole world. We introduce basic configuration, principium, characteristics and some relatively basic theory about RFID system, and detailedly analyze configuration of reader and function of sections about RFID system. And we introduce configuration and functional principium of MCRF355/360 tags matching ASK reader. Then, we analyze the key technologies which are anti-collision rules and integrity of transmission data.Especially, we draw hardware circuit diagram and PCB diagram of ASK reader with Protel, and we adjust and try the PCB board, so we understand deeply the correspondence process between reader and tags.We study anti-collision algorithms using in RFID system, which can ensure integrity of transmission data.We analyze ALOHA protocol, S-ALOHA protocol, Binary-tree protocol and others. Basing on them, we analyse anti-collision algorithms of reader and tags of 13.56MHZ RFID system.RFID system is at the stage of the start, but its development potential is huge.In the information society, we need to obtain and handle various information fastly and accurately. In the near future, RFID system will go deep into each realm which people live in as other identification technologies.
