With the rapid development and growth of wireless technology, wireless spectrumhas become more and more precious. In order to solve the problem of spectrum resourcescarcity, recycle spectrum resources, cognitive radio technology came into being.Inorder to verify the feasibility of cognitive radio technology and improves the overallutilization of spectrum resources, the National863Project, Dynamic SpectrumResource Sharing Demonstration System, launched a study on spectrum sharingtechnology of cognitive radio.As a demonstration system, dynamic spectrum resource sharing demonstrationsystem not only implements the basic functionality of the dynamic spectrum sharing,but also visually displays important information such as the network occupancy andusage of spectrum resources, in order to observe system parameters and performances.Therefore,it is necessary to design and realize a reasonable and effective monitoringsystem on the basis of realization of the entire spectrum sharing network function.The research background and content is introduced in the thesis. Then, itintroduces the structure of the spectrum sharing network briefly and points out thedifference between node’s network protocol stack in the spectrum sharing system andgeneral linux network protocol stack.And then overall architechture of the monitoringsystem is put forward. In the section of node local monitoring sub-system, some of thedesign ideas is illustrated, including improved ioctl data structure, the design of localmonitoring interface, topology mapping, the design of dynamic display function ofdebugging information, the design of path test protocol and the storage of monitoringinformation. In addition, this thesis studies the visualization of network topology,introduces the characteristics and scope of the current main network topology layoutalgorithm.On this basis, a common algorithm, the ray layout algorithm, is optimized andimproved and its application is explained in the subject. In the section of centralmonitoring sub-system,the thesis describes the realization of central monitoringsub-system of the spectrum sharing network, and demonstrates how to complete data interface by means of matlab engine in detail.End of this thesis is the verification anddisplay of the monitoring system’s function of the spectrum sharing system.
