| As the technology of domestic civil aircraft design and manufacture increasingly complex, civil aircraft maintenance is becoming more and more difficult; maintenance staffs have to face more pressure. To help maintenance staffs improve maintenance efficiency is an urgent problem for aircraft maintenance enterprises to solve. Developing maintenance aids system to improve the level of digital maintenance which is a good method to solve such problem. Referring to technical data difficult to access and delayed technical support, research on design of information center of maintenance aids system is done in the thesis, the main contributions are as follows:1. Based on the study of requirement of maintenance work, the thesis first discusses the system design, including design of maintenance aids equipment and information center.2. Distributed database server architecture in information center is completed to realize separation of master-slave reading and writing by use of agent software Amoeba combing with master-slave replication technology and multi-database instance technology. Database tables are designed, considering to the function of fault manual query. FTP server and SIP server are builded by use of VSFTPD and Mini sip server, moreover, in order to guarantee the security of system and resources on server, security configurations are done from aspects of virtual user login and access directory.3. FTP client on maintenance aids terminal is developped to provide data transfer function by communicate with VSFTPD in information center. Function of fault manual query is realized by developing browser on client and dynamiac web page. Using Minisipserver, SIP client in information center can communicate with SIP client on maintenance aids equipment. |
