Teaching evaluation system is the overall management of the quality of teaching,evaluation of teaching quality of teachers is an important tool. Its important role isreflected as follows: starting from the teaching objectives, the technology through acomprehensive and workable method, the form of vocational teaching activities,methods, efficiency, performance, and so the value of proper analysis and evaluation, inorder to determine the extent of teaching to reach the target, the formation of correct andeffective criteria and means. On the one hand, teachers have trusted to make sense of,sense of fairness, a sense of achievement, after the feedback through the evaluation, sothat teachers in the teaching process in a timely manner to obtain specific information,see their achievements and shortcomings, to better regulate the teaching, the other onthe one hand, the teaching process through the evaluation of diagnostic problems thatmay arise, teachers can promptly correct, strengthen, and constantly correct errors in theprocess of teaching and shortcomings, improve performance, so that the quality ofteaching is more on a higher level.The topic for the Wuxi traffic quality assessment of higher education or vocationalschools remain in the manual operation carried out on the basis of completion of theschool for a teaching quality assessment systems. In the evaluation of the resultsdifficult to use appropriate mathematical expressions that, based on the evaluation of theintroduction of swarm intelligence algorithms attempt. By comparing the traditionalevaluation method is proposed based on Quantum-behaved Particle SwarmOptimization method applied to the evaluation of the quality of teaching models.This project developed using object-oriented software technology to design avocational education quality evaluation system. Vocational education and teachingbased on the actual situation, and the development of vocational education and thespecific requirements of the quality of teaching to the quality of vocational traininginstitutions for the study, the swarm intelligence algorithm theory into the teachingquality evaluation system, the use of quantum behavior PSO model structure amathematical model. Application results show that: through the intelligent algorithm is applied toevaluation practice, to broaden the vocational education reform and development of newideas, new initiatives to promote the teachers to further clarify their responsibilities,everyone is concerned about the quality of teaching to create a good atmosphere.
