As one of the mostviable high-tech in the21st century, and the design of remote controlling is consideredas an important numerical design in network environment. In this paper, aiming at theactual demand of visible, recordable and operational in industrial fields, it analyzesdifferent hardware, and transplants the remote desktop control technology into theembedded kernel so as to support remote users to control the embedded devices withnetwork, and simultaneously upload or download scene data real-time andconveniently.This paper first aiming at the actual demand, took Windows CE operating systemas software platform, and selected the S3C6410microprocessor which is based onARM as the hardware platform, and then the remote desktop control systemimplementation was designed. Based on the implementation, this paper took the BSPdevelopment which was based on the S3C6410hardware as the basic and key points,by analyzing the source architecture of the Boot Loader layer, it completed the initialdesign work of CPU, Ethernet and TFTP connection on the Boot Loader layer, so thatthe operating system could load Windows CE image through Ethernet; by analyzingthe design principles of OAL layer, it completed the kernel initialization, and theprogramming and debugging of the KITL I/O control interface and serial port on theOAL layer, so that the Windows CE kernel could communicate with the hardwareplatform; by analyzing the structure of the Windows CE cache, it took the four-way setassociativity design to optimize cache and enhance the efficiency of Windows CE.Next, this paper classified the device drivers, designed the video driver based on theMDD/PDD model and the audio driver based on the UAM model, to implement thecollection of embedded devices for audio and video information. Then the customization of remote control component, the load of wireless communicationmodule and the compiled and boot process of Windows CE operation system werecompleted. Finally, set up the experimental environment and completed the test andanalysis of the overall system.The final test results show that the embedded system achieves the remote login,remote file transfer, image acquisition function and cache performance under thecondition of client/server model and wireless communication, as well as the hardwareand software design conforms fully to the design requirements of visible, recordableand operational from remote monitoring site, it is very suitable to apply in hazard areas,security areas and other industrial field, and it has wide market prospects.
