In this paper, we designed a kind of remote desktop control protocol based on Network-Centric Computing (NCC). and the protocol give a good tit to the development of diversiform terminal in the network. At the same time, we discuss the process of designing remote control software in the Windows operation system in detail. When we research and develop remote control software in the environment of NCC based on" Host / Thin-client "architecture, much problem must be solved. In order to control the host in remote, the client not only can share the resource of host, but also can receive the image transmitted by the host effective since the bandwidth is expensive. WTe designed remote desktop control protocol by which client can control and monitor the desktop of host completely. The protocol is a thin-client system. Like all such systems, it reduces the amount of state maintained at the user's terminal. The client software is exceedingly thin because they store no unrecoverable state at the endpoint. On the other hand, the effective schemes of encoding of the host's screen image and the technology of multithreading are applied in the protocol. The protocol is a simple protocol for remote access to graphical user interfaces. It works at the frame buffer level and therefore applies to alloperating systems, window systems, and applications -indeed to any device withsome form of communications link. The protocol will operate over any reliable transport such as TCP/IP. Its design makes very few requirements of the client, and therefore simplifies the task of creating clients to run on a wide range of hardware.
