Based on issues of intelligent household system research and implementation,design and develop a set of smart home unified control platform, based on this platformto realize the application of residential household intelligent.The contents of the thesis include: the overall design scheme of the smart homewireless network system was given, PDA （Personal Digital Assistant） andcommunications protocols were studied and designed; long-distance power controlsystem was achieved, the village owner can control the family power by PDA. Theauthor also put forward related solution to the change of power control terminals;designed and developed a family security warning system, that changed the status oftraditional alarm responses only after the emergency happened in family, implementedthe early forecast of family underlying abnormalities; implemented the function oflong-distance meter reading, made residential property personnel never leave home, caneasily finish third table transcribing; designed and developed the maintenance functionof based data for the community, including the management of families, management ofmembers and identity verification function.In aspects of system design, following the mind of software engineering "highcohesion and low coupling", according with the design principle of openness, modular;which is helpful for function extension and software promotion. In aspects of systemdevelopment, using asp.net technology, the development platform choose Visual Studio2008, Database server using SQL Server2005, Application framework using.Net threelayer architecture. The area intelligent household unified control platform whichaccording to the plan has been operated in XinYuan area, and function stable, that bring convenient, quick and fashionable life enjoyment to the customers in area.
