The paper describes the process of realizing the work of Cultural Relic Management for ShouGuang City more Informational, more scientifically and more cyberizationly by Struts and database technology which combines the construction of cultural relic management and the development status of information technology.This paper displays the overall business demands of the cultural relic management system for ShouGuang City according to the analysis of the development background and research status of the system.
