Because of the variety and rapid development of access technology, we face a new challenge in the access network operation and maintenance work. We have achieved the maintenance requirements and promoted Linyi’s maintenance index in the whole province. And we have reached a new scheduling in the maintenance work.In the organization and operation of the project, my main task is to project planning, organization, resource integration, platform after the establishment of the operation and development. The management system is based on.Net, SQL on the back-end database management.The paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is an introduction, which introduces the item and its reasons. The second chapter deals with the analysis of system needs, introducing the feasibility research of the project and the organization frame. The third chapter is about the whole design of the system, introducing the development target of the system. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the design of system modules, especially each module to achieve the function. The fifth chapter involves system test and the whole line operation and introduces the project after the success of research and development of the operation below the line, and get a good result. The sixth chapter is the next development planning of the system.
