The Design And Implementation Of The Elective System Based.Net

TVCME established in2001recruits different level students including the students of higher vocational education, distance education, technical secondary school. The number of students at school has excessed7000. In order to satisfy the urgent requirement from different-level students, our school decided to open elective courses to open their vision. In addition, the development of the teacher’s team provides good chance for opening public elective courses. So the dean’s office begins to open school-wide elective courses.This paper made a detailed research on the school’s software and hardware condition, requirement of students learning and the operation process of dean’s office. This paper from the aspect of staff, technology, software hardware and capital gives an analysis about the possibility of project development and at the same time gives a brief analysis on project and design in the use of Life Cycle Method. Through data flow chart, data dictionary, E-R Chart, the author made a development design on software, and an introduction on the realize of this project, and in the end gives a testing and arranging method.This paper mainly consist of student management module, course management module、 score management module and report generation module. Using ASP.NET2.developmental technology, ASP.NET2.DBMS, and ASP.NET2.develpoment tool to explore and test. Through structural testing, performance testing and loading testing. This system shows its features of stability and high-efficiency. After two round test, it shows that it fully realize its design objective.This system realized choosing courses online, course management, score inquire, and generation and print of school report and roll book. This system effectively enhance the efficiency of selecting course and reduce the manager’s maintain burden. The system not only applies to elective public actives, but also to the CET and computer grade examination of the application work.
