In the information age, how to improve learning efficiency as thetopic of educators concerned about the attention. Television programhas become one of the main entertainments of the peoples livingstandards, and a profound impact on people, especially young peopleof school life and cognitive styles. Television programs to maximizestimulate the audiences viewing motivation as the pursuit of one of TVcreators. With the development of television game shows, somescholars started to pay attention to the educational value of the game,and trying to teaching theory applied to television production.This paper will analyze the significance of the ARCS motivationmodel for television production. The motivation model includes"Attention"; of Relevance associated; the Confidence "and" Satisfactionto meet the "four elements.First, this paper analyzes the motivation theory in the currentresearch status and the connotation of the ARCS model significanceand practical application in education.Second, the revelation of the current television programs andgames contact the significance of the game, and demonstrate theeducational motivation theory on the television program production.Again, by the motive element in the U.S. outdoor game reality TVshow "Survivor" to use the analysis to elaborate the significance of theeducation theory of motivation on the television program production.This paper summarizes the results of research and contribution tothe problems in the study and further research directions of therecommendations of the television production.
