The rapid development of China’s Automotive Business and the rapid increase in carownership, car ownership has exceeded100million, ranked second in the world after theUnited States. The rapid increase of the car will pull auto parts, such as the rapid growth ofcar refrigerator. Can be predicted, car refrigerator market in China will have greatdevelopment.Design a controller for car refrigerator with compressor.Controller for car refrigerator need to have the following basic functions: Firstly it cantake12/24V DC power supply up to the motor rated voltage; secondly it can able to controlbrushless DC motor stepless speed regulation without the position sensor; In addition, there isa good man-machine interface, user can friendly control the car refrigerator.Make detailedanalysis of the basic functional requirements and determine the overall design.Whichidentifies Boost digital switching power supply using PWM modulation, working incontinuous conduction mode, using the voltage control mode to control the outputvoltage.While identifying the brushless DC motor using a three-step method to start, usingback-EMF method to detect the rotor position,using dual closed-loop control the motorstepless speed regulation. The article also details the hardware and software design of thecontroller and verify the performance of the controller through observe the waveform.
