With modern production continues to expand the scale and the continuous improvementof people’s living standard, as an important part of modern people’s life, elevator continues toattract people’s attention. Since the world’s first elevator came into use, the elevator’s highenergy consumption still not got solved. Though compare to the early elevator, nowadayselevators make a lot of change, such as changing the main engine of the elevator to permanentmagnet synchronous motor, installing the energy feedback device, and it indeed made a lotprogress, but there still exists high energy consumption, complex control feature and slowresponse etc.Aiming at this occasion, this paper presents a control system integrated of elevatorcontrol, drive and energy feedback, using dual PWM control,32-bit ARM CPU+32bit DSPCPU+FPGA structure, two CPU to exchange data in a high-speed through the parallelcommunication, lift master board and calling landing workstation, and ceiling assemblingworkstation to exchange information through the serial CAN bus.The main work of this dissertation can be summarized as follows:Firstly, this paper presents the design principle and structure of the whole integratedsystem;Secondly, it introduces the design of the control module of the system’s driving part. Thedriving part focuses on the introducing of the design idea and working process of the PWMconverter module. it firstly introduces the principle of the regenerative braking, and next itgives the PWM converter’s mathematical modeling, and also introduces the voltage spacevector control technology. The PWM inverter control module design principle is also simplyintroduced in this part;Thirdly, this part mainly presents the PWM converter’s control strategy. The PWMconverter module adopts the double closed loop control, and they both use PI control strategy.This part still specifically gives the design of a fuzzy PID controller and it is supposed to beused in the voltage loop to replace the traditional PI controller. This controller design isalready passed the simulation experiment and presents good characteristics. This can be usedas a reference in improving the performance of the elevator control system;At last, a simulation model of the PWM converter working at the inverter mode orenergy feedback mode is constructed by using MATLAB/SIMULINK tool. The simulationresults show that the output current power factor of the energy feedback control system isnearly1, and the harmonic distortion rate is small. The elevator system’s interference on the power grid is minimized.The control system integrated of elevator control, drive and energy feedback, doesn’tcontain the braking resistance, which saves the electricity energy; it improves the system’soperation environment and has higher reliability; It also saves the expensive cooling deviceand reduces the cost and shows good energy saving effect.
