At the time of the past decade,electronic products continually moving towards to the portable direction.The rate of the product replacement is also faster and faster. With the continuous improvement of living standards,pepole also put forward a higher level of technical and performance requirements for electronic products. Lighter weight, thinner, smaller, faster, easier to carry, lower price and higher reliability of electronic products have a broader consumer market. From the current situation of the development of the electronics industry,the design and manufacturing of the small size, excellent performance, light weight electronic components is the key to meet the above requirements.Automated dispenser is widely used in various industries. The fully automated dispensing control system designed for chip inductor, thereby increasing the rubber seal on the chip inductor chip is equivalent to increase the inductance, so that it is able to withstand more large current. The system is designed to complete automatic feeding, dispensing, cutting and drying assembly line-style production. Based on this, the direction of this subject comes out. Combine dispensing technology and assembly line production together, thus greatly improving the efficiency.After reading a large number of dispensing literature and understanding the automatic dispenser in the current development at home and abroad,I analyze the dispensing process,determine the tasks of each unit and compare several control programs.At last,I select this control system based on the touch screen,PLC,motion control unit automatic dispensing control system. Using the touch screen to set the value of each parameter and enter the set output value system will be able to work in accordance with production requirements.Both manual and automatic modes of operation.This subject of the work done in the following areas:1.According to the the process and control objectives, I put a overall design of the production line,including the task of each unit,the design of the system control table,the structural design of the manipulator,dispensing control design, motion-driven design,pneumatic control module design as well as motor control designs.2.The control system of hardware design. Including the selection of the major hardware components of the control system and the distribution of the I/O interface.3.Using the Panasonic PLC programming software to complete the preparation of the control program.4.Touch-screen interface design, including the main interface, parameter setting interface,alarm interface.Touch screen and PLC communications.5.System debugging.Debugging in the industrial control field to determine the settings of the automatic operating mode parameters.After several months of using in the factory, the automatic dispensing control system design does not appear large, stable error and fully meets the design goals. This system has some representation to be learned for other similar systems design.
