Mobile communication users are growing rapidly with the increasing maturity and continuous development of the mobile communication technology. The mobile communication technology has become a indispensable tool in people’s daily life, people’s demands of service quality are constantly improved, and the development of the mobile communication technology is fighting for the demands. However, spectrum is a limited resource, it is a eternal challenge for mobile communication system that how to improve the system capacity and system service quality.Now3G technology has been widely accepted by people. The3GPP(the3rd Generation) organization started LTE(Long Term Evolution) project in order to further reduce the cost of operator、user fees and improve the service quality. The3GPP LTE system uses OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) technology instead of the traditional CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) technology which is used in3G system. In OFDM technology, sub-carriers are orthogonal to each other, so there is no interference within the district, as a result, user performance is largely improved in the district. But the interference between the district becomes a new problem. At present, the dynamic power controling and soft frequency reusing are used to control the interference between the district in LTE system. Soft frequency reusing couldn’t use the whole parts of spectrum resource. In this article,Studying the relevant research techniques and ensuring the spectrum reuse coefficient is1, we group each user in the district and each group uses different power control method, so the interference could be reduced and the throughput of the district could be improved. Then we set up a simulation platform for verification based on the3GPP technical reports.
