With the rapid development of China high-speed railway, there is a higher requirement on railway-related safety communication. First of all establish security assessment and certification system of China Railway signal&Communication system to ensure secure communications, which is now imminent. Because the lag of research in the related fields in our country, now the best method is to learn from foreign advanced and perfect railway safety standards and relevant security assessment and certification system, then combine with the development of China Railway signal&communication, to establish security assessment and certification system for China high-speed railway. This paper firstly describes European series standards developed by CENELEC EN-50126, EN-50128, EN-50129, EN-50159, and then analyses on the application of safety information transfer used in the railway signal based on communication system.With the increase in train speed and traffic density of high-speed railway, the traditional way of railway safety information transmission because of many technical bottleneck problems, it can not meet the needs of the safe operation of trains. Secure data communication network of high-speed railway which achieves large capacity, efficient, real-time, reliable transmission, is the trend of the development of railway safety communication and direction. In this background, this paper secondly analyzes the current network structure (including the function demand, basic requirements and basic network structures, etc) and secure communication related technologies and protocols of the safety data communications network of passenger special line.Based on the above study, This paper discusses the network topology of high-speed railway secure data communication, and comes to a conclusion that the topology of double redundancy can more effectively improves the network reliability, and then discusses the communication protocols and standards which should be actively used in construction of data communication in high-speed railway secure data communication network.Secure data communications network is integrated application of fiber optical communication technology, network technique and computer technique in railway signal field, the safety and reliability whether meet the requirements for secure communication of high-speed railway, directly related to whether it can use in railway site. Finally, on the basis of failed-safety principles and security coding length of closed transmission system, from two aspects of reliability and failure security, it gives the design scheme to improve communication network security measures, and from the point of view of the engineering application, puts forward engineering application design plan for the secure data transmission of the various subnets of CTCS-3data cable transmission network.
