With the development of technology, tunnel of irrigation and subway, more and more are built with shield method. In shield construction, when shield’s internal space is narrow, especially its diameter is only5to6meters, and we must use Locomotives to transport slag, the studies of transporting largely slag have important application value and practical significance.This paper analyzes problems of the back supporting transportation system in the smaller diameter shield, then we advance a double crossover crossing the line model, finally we design its automatic control system.And on this basis, we build a model in Proteus, and do simulation by using the model.According to the actual demand for the back supporting high-capacity transportation system in the smaller diameter shield, we advance a double crossover crossing the line model.Its high-capacity is2times to the capacity of the traditional mode of transportation per unit time.We design its automatic control system software and hardware to the new types of transportation system.Then,we choose Single-chip computer as a controller,and the Single-chip computer acquires real time the current position of the train, then it decides state of switch machine basing on road traffic light information, finally the Single-chip computer controls automatically a locomotive’s reasonable railway track.Finally,we build a model in Proteus, and do simulation by using the model.The results show that our automatic control system is correct and useful.
