| The seamless railway now plays a very important role in the development of the Chinese railway. And the rail welding also acts as a key link in rail laying process. To ensure the welding quality of pipe joints, an efficient welder is necessary. Flash welding is widely used in rail welding for short welding time, small heat-affecte zone and high welding quelity. While the flash welding has advantages and seize a dominant position in field welds, there are also some disadvantages like the high failure rate of welding machines by the frequent movement of he head of welding machine, difficult repair of control cables have seriously influence the construction schedule of the rail laying.Programs in the literature have been analysed contrastively aimed at the failure problems of the control cables in mobile rail flash butt welding machine. And the real-time control of these programs has been also studied. A new control system of mobile rail flash butt welding machine based on CC-LINK Bus has been raised. Program running time, remore control module and digital transfer time of the new control system were calculated. The results showed that the new control system can meets the requirements of real-time control and solve the real-time transmission of analog signal based on bus communication. In the new mobile rail flash butt welding control system program based on cc-link, Mitsubishi Q series PLC as the main controller in new control system, and design field bus control system hardware schematic diagram based on the CC-LINK, and the relevant part of schematic diagram are selected and designed, with the hardware system, rail flash butt welding program is made, as the same time, simulation debugged.The result of simulation suggests that the ability to control the actions in rail welding can be achieved with the designed hardware and software. The new control system of mobile rail flash butt welding machine based on CC-LINK Bus can meet the real-time requirments on rail welding. |
