Computer self-efficacy (CSE) refers to individuals’ judgment of their capabilities to use computers tocomplete a task. It attaches importance to individuals’ judgment of their capabilities and confidence to usecomputers to finish computer tasks. Therefore, the cultivation of computer self-efficacy helps people makefull use of computer.Research1: On the basis of Marakas, Johnson, and Clay’s(2007) research questionnaire, a localcomputer self-efficacy questionnaire of Vocational College is designed. This questionnaire consists of sixdimensions: general Computer self-efficacy, Windows computer self-efficacy, Excel computer self-efficacy,word processing computer self-efficacy, Network computer self-efficacy and database computerself-efficacy. The structure of these six factors is clear and sensible. The accumulated explanation amountof variability is up to62.653%. The reliability and validity of this questionnaire can meet the demand of thereliability and validity.Research2: Vocational students of a college in Henan province is investigated to learn their currentcondition of Computer self-efficacy and the difference in demographic variable by Computer self-efficacyquestionnaire designed in research1.Research3: In order to learn the condition of Computer self-efficacy and computer anxietyquestionnaire, as well as the difference in Demographic variable, so as to further understand therelationship between Computer self-efficacy and computer anxiety, computer anxiety questionnaire isapplied.The main conclusions of this study are:1. This questionnaire of CSE has good reliability and performance;2. The total score of CSE has no significant differences in gender, but significant difference in region,the urban students are significantly higher than the countryside students. The total score of CSE has nosignificant differences in the arts and sciences, but significant difference in the grade, junior significantlylower than the high grades.3. Computer anxiety has no significant differences in the arts and sciences, but significant difference inthe grade, the high grades are significantly higher than the junior grades. 4. Vocational students’ computer self-efficacy and computer anxiety have significant negativecorrelation. A result is obtained by regression analysis: Vocational students’ computer self-efficacy canpredict the level of computer anxiety.
