As people in computer in dealing with the increase of the number of files, for disk spacerequirement also become more and more high, but top utilization rate of Windows operatingsystems to own resource manager had adhere to the traditional mode, not too muchimprovement and let its more and can’t meet the needs of people everyday working life.Aiming at the phenomenon to develop a new file management system is the current directionof the research, with this system to meet the growing needs of people, and let people in filemanagement work become more convenient and simple.The system through VS2005development environment in the c++language use andMFC framework, develop a Windows platform based on the file management system, MFC(Microsoft Foundation Classes) provide a lot of Classes for performing interface programdevelopment, there are several important MFC like: CWnd it is the father of most of theClasses of; Mainly used for disk and the CDocument memory data of interaction between;CView main user interface with the user interaction between memory data; CDC is mainlyused for drawing; CWinApp mainly used in program execution; Mainly used for packagingCString string array. Above kind all written in c++support ActiveX program. System designof the realization of the window is on the original Windows resource manager of somedisadvantages improvement and optimization, at the same time and other documentsmanagement system carries on the comparison, absorb their a bit, let users file managementsystem for the use of the more simple and convenient. The user through system directorydetailed information display module can obtain the size of the folder, find out which files andfolders takes up the hard drive space; Through the formation of the system disk space moduleto the disk partition report of the space utilization to understand somewhat, and can producethe corresponding use report; Through the system of intelligent delete module users canaccording to the system through the disk space size analysis provides a resource delete report,the rational utilization of resource space; Through the development of the system functionmodules for improving the system folder to scan the speed, in user experience degrees hasimproved a lot.System in the interface and programming realize through the MFC to complete, and thedatabase design are through to the conceptual data model and physical data model two levels,the distributed system of the client and the server mutual interaction, mainly through the RMI(Remote Method Invocation) technology to realize. And through the single point login andencryption technology implementation file encryption, through the multi-thread technology tothe optimization of the concurrent program, through the above technology based on Windows system of file management system design and implementation, papers need to completedirectory tree display, disk information display, file information display mode, the selecteddirectory information display, intelligent delete module, disk space use report, develop thefunction module and related function module design and implementation. After nearly a yearof development and realize the test, the current system has to meet the demand of user,achieve the expected goal. In the system through the data transfer, data and data of theimplementation of the comparison and so on a series of operation, the completion of the willto all kinds of data synchronization to Windows based system of document managementsystem function. In order to solve the synchronous process met performance bottlenecks,using the multithreaded concurrent execution and reuse the method of storage process, greatlyimproving the efficiency of the system.This paper based on the Windows system of complete file management system, throughthe test and performance testing function, to the needs of the users target, and will becompleted in field test users after applied gradually, service to all kinds of operating systems.
