As the mobile communication network develops rapidly, the enhancement of the network optimization has a significant meaning to improve the quality of the network. The wireless parameters are the kernel configuration data to ensure the daily work of the wireless network, and the operation of the entire network is highly influenced by wireless parameter configuration and adjustments. Therefore, the wireless network optimization process is a procedure of various parameter configuration and adjustments.Wireless Parameter Management is an integratedsolution which mainly focus on the management of the wireless parameters. An unified management of the wireless parameters is proposed. It supports refined parameter query, parameter verification, thematic analysis function of the network optimization and a robust management platform for the rules of network optimization.The Network Element (NE) Architecture Model Generator, a subsystem of Wireless Parameter Management is designed and implemented all by myself. It mainly manages wireless parameters of GSM/TD-SCDMA standard and various equipment manufacturers and version, and generates a unified NE Architecture Model Generator. It includes the following functions:current vendor version information management, the topological relations establishment between Network Element by multiple conversions of data, specific process for the specific needs of the various operators and manufacturers, data file validation and report generation functionality. At the same time, The Generator has a good performance as well as good scalability and security. This thesis first demonstrates the project background, and analyzes the requirementsdesigns the detailed architecture and implements the NE Architecture Model Generator. Finally, a detailed test and summarize is proposed. This project is developed using JAVA, and lots of Java containers are used in this project. Besides, Factory pattern is also applied in project. And StAX is also applied to parse large XML files.The Generator has already been deployed in24provinces around China. It plays an important role in ensuring the network quality, increasing the speed and efficiency of network optimization, and saving in operating costs.
