With the increasingly development of international trade and logistics, imported goods demands much rapid port customs. And CIQ faces more and more work impression. Therefore, exploring the scientific, convenient high effective port check mode is the key to solving the troubles about the clearance of the imported goods.At present, the port check mode is committed by the human experience or the inspecting invoice according to the inspecting ratio which is made previously and execution randomly. In order to avoid the random of human experience and the blindness of computer, in this paper, introduce a intelligent algorithm. Choose the3C products as the subject., proceeding from the risk assessment of CIQ own distinguishing features; The author makes use of the non-statistical method to construct an scientific, rational and objective inspection index system for the first time. On the base of artificial intelligence algorithm, the author employs the fuzzy-neural network algorithm on the risk assessment of3C products, accordingly, to supply a cross-reference for setting scientific inspection rate. There’re few parts including in this paper as following:1. Introduce all kinds of methods which is used in this paper.2. Use MATLAB tools and SPSS complish the simulation of3C products risk level assessment.3. Use the mix programming of MATLAB and Access database to realize the query system4. Develop a proving and testing system in Java language; Conducting spot test and analyze the result which prove the effectiveness of the algorithm and system.
