In recent years, the online measurement method greatly improve the measuring speed, can with real-time processing in the plane of the sampling, processing can be made for the measured results and the deng xiaoping raised flatness measuring using the online measurement method can quickly get measurement results.Online measure, however, different from offline measurement, and has a large quantity of data, compute complex and other characteristics, so the speed of calculating system will directly affect the measurement system measurement efficiency, even when measured surface when larger specifications of huge data matrix will cause paralysis of the measurement system. At present in order to solve the problem the domestic and foreign scholars, usually by increasing the distance sample point method to reduce the size of the data matrix, although to improve the calculation speed purpose but lost precision. High efficiency, high precision of can solve the online measurement plane degree of the research methods at home and abroad and is still at the stage of blank.In order to solve the problem, this paper by using the plane degree online division measuring method constructs the flatness online division measuring system. This system to plane degree online measurement system as the foundation, will collect data partitioning processing, order to reduce data matrix dimension of purpose and has more data processing speed, eventually increase system measurement speed. This system mainly by the DC-DC power supply, PC, FPGA hardware circuit and eddy current sensor, and other key equipment composition. Among them, the DC-DC power part of the main responsible for providing low ripple power supply, electricity eddy current sensor measuring data collection, and through the high precision AD transform will analog conversion for the digital quantity, FPGA hardware data processing according to the division of flatness online measurement algorithm process, complete data to be automatic division, and the zoning error separation, data splicing and evaluation of a series of processing and get a measurement results, the measured results through the UART FPGA hardware processing by upper machine to show, at the same time, in order to facilitate the measurement results of visual display, PC part increased three dimensional display parts.Through the simulation test and experiment, the system to meet the design requirements, and ensuring the accuracy and can effectively solve the online measurement of large plane when the problem of low speed, speed increases significantly.
