This paper takes four editing devices as the core. And form a multi-device and parallelwork editing records system by using other existing equipments with mature technology tocomplete collection, storage and testing about input signals of 144 channels. Each editingdevice is connected with a memory, and a monitoring station monitors and controls twoediting devices. There are also distributor and charging equipment and so on.Editing devices are responsible for collecting the output signal of sensor in the aircrafttest cabin, the output signals include three different sampling rate analog signals that receive 1channel digital signal in asynchronous serial manner. Then they transmits the collected digitaland analog signals to the ground monitoring station according to channel instruction toconduct real-time monitoring. At the same time, after mixed code frame of the two signals,they send them to memory in parallel manner. Under the self-test status, ground monitoringstations control the editing devices by 300 meters long line, then editing device send readingcommand to memory and the reading function is completed. Afterwards, test status theground monitoring stations read the collected data via an alternate reading port of the memorythen unpack and analyze the data.In accordance with the communication interfaces and protocols between equipments inthe system, this paper embarked on the analysis of system function based on the design ofediting device. The paper analyzed key technologies related to this topic in detail andintroduced internal principle design process and functions of editing device. At the same time,this paper expatiated on interfaces and communication of editing device and other equipments.In order to improve reliability of the editing and system, some measures were taken and errorwere analyzed, Finally, we analyzed and summarized some problems in the debuggingprocess and provided the test results. Editing device completed the closed-loop test for data acquisition and real-timemonitoring and reading at self-test status and test status respectively, by testing andcommissioning with logger and ground control station.
