In recent years, The real economy and financial institutions have more and more strong demand to effectively avoid the systemtic risk of financial derivatives. Glboal markets have a prominent feature of the importance of the financial derivatives market continues to improve,increasing the impact on financial markets.Commercial banking business rapid development of financial markets,both trading volume or amount of the transcation are growing quickly. But while financial derivatives business has its high-risk characteristics. Therefore,Commercial banking business need to be processed by software system,to replace existing outdated manual handling.Financial derivatives transcations to achieve the systemic treatment that can reduce risk of manual operations in commercial banks and improve risk management capabilities. It will help financial markets business sustainable and healthy development.Confirmation system would be manage all of the confirmation of financial derivatives (cap&floors; interest swap; foreign exchange option;bond options;forward;exotic; cny swap;cny fra).Confirmation could be received and reconciled by system automaticly. The system can generate confirmation by the model,send it to external system.The user can inquery all kinds of confirmation easily by reports and monitors. So the confirmation of the commercial banks can be processed systematically.Based on detailed requirements analysis, this paper uses object-oriented design methods,uml class diagrams, state diagrams and other design methods, describes how to design and implementation of commercial bank financial market transaction confirmed management system using J2EE and CTP in several section. Section 1 introduces the related knowledge and the background of requirement to the system. Section 2 discusses the major technique employed in designing and implementating,including J2EE and CTP. Section 3 details the requirement analysis and design of the confirmation system, including functional requirement,systemdesign,functional description and so on. The last section summaries experiences and lessons accumulated in the project,evaluates the author’s work.
