The virtual ization resources management in Network operating system platform mainly refers to the management of virtual machines. Through the virtualization of hardware resources, virtual machine technology can achieve to simulate more than one computer on the same computer hardware platform, which can simultaneously run multiple operating systems and make them isolation. By allocating the server resources to multiple virtual machines, we can run multiple virtual machines which support different applications and operating system, and these virtual machines running in safe isolated environment. This can improve the efficiency and reduce the need to manage and maintain the number of servers. When the application needs increase, you can quickly create and deploy more virtual machines without adding physical servers, which is flexible. Moreover, the using of dynamic migration technology, administrators can dynamically move running virtual machines between servers, while maintaining continuous availability of the server.The dynamic migration of virtual machines is to move virtual machine from one computer to another computer while keeping the virtual machine running and restore the destination computer to run the virtual machine. The using of dynamic migration technology can achieve online maintenance server, online upgrades and dynamic load balancing.This paper analyzes the virtual machine migration framework in the network operating system platform. The existing virtual machine migration algorithm based on quality of service is mainly the fixed bandwidth for the dynamic migration algorithms and dynamic bandwidth migration algorithm (clark algorithm). In this paper, we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of fixed bandwidth for the dynamic migration algorithms and clark algorithm, and proposed an optimized algorithm for dynamic bandwidth migration (OMADB algorithm).Then we compared their advantages and disadvantages by building experiment environment. From the experimental analysis, we can obtain that OMADB algorithm has a distinct advantage than the clark algorithm both in the total migration time and downtime aspects.
